POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender / Beverage Cart Attendant at Rancho Del Rey Golf Club is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for guests at the 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant , while also providing a leading-quality golf experience to players of all ages and abilities by enhancing their enjoyment of the game of golf. This position is responsible for providing professional and first-class food and beverage service, including beer, wine, craft cocktails, and other beverages, while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment. The Bartender / Beverage Cart Attendant will also be responsible for daily opening and closing duties, side work, cleaning, stocking, inventory, beverage cart operations, and other duties as assigned by management. Job Duties Provide exceptional bar/ food service to our guests, including serving properly prepared food, beer, wine, craft cocktails, and other beverages Take food and beverage orders accurately ( checking ID as needed) Manage and operate a designated bar and food station, ensuring high-quality service and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Replenish and stock work stations regularly to ensure smooth operations throughout service hours. Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures. Execution of daily bar and food service, maintaining a clean, organized, and full stocked bar kitchen area. Maintain inventory levels of bar and kitchen supplies and communicate restocking needs to management. Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned. Set up and breakdown of function areas as needed for events and daily operations. Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met. Must have a current Drivers License for beverage cart operation Must have Food Handlers Certificate Must have RBS Certificate Previous Food and Beverage experience Previous bartending experience Basic wine, beer, and spirit knowledge Basic Food handling and preparation experience Physical Requirements Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs. Able to carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours Manual dexterity with repetitive movement Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.

Pay:

$16.90 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
