We're currently looking for a Banquet Bartender to support our growing calendar of events.

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Bartender/Bev-Cart, you'll play a key role in delivering smooth, high-quality service of daily bar operations, this role is focused on efficiently serving golfing groups, setting up bar stations, and ensuring a professional guest experience in a bar/golf course environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Bar Setup & Breakdown:

Prepare bar stations with all necessary supplies prior to each day and ensure complete cleanup and restocking afterward.

Guest Interaction:

Provide fast, friendly, and professional service with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with the F&B Managers, servers, and kitchen staff to keep service running efficiently.

Compliance:

Follow all alcohol service laws, event-specific guidelines, and venue policies.

Inventory Monitoring:

Track and manage bar inventory during the day and communicate any product shortages or needs to management.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience in a bar, golf cart, banquet, catering, or event setting. Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Must be able to lift and carry cases, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with California alcohol service laws is preferred.
