Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer engagement will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience through friendly and attentive service Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of beverages in compliance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in mixology and customer preferences Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery in high-volume settings Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues with a focus on beverage service excellence Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage recipe development Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Previous roles involving bar management or supervising staff are advantageous but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele and create welcoming atmospheres Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
