Overview Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu innovative and appealing. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and place orders to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and balance registers at the end of each shift. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety awareness to ensure quality standards are met.
