The ideal candidate is skilled in both bartending and food service, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area. Process payments accurately and ensure guest satisfaction. Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in BOTH bartending and serving at a full-service restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings. Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required. Valid Food Handler Certificate required. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
