In this role, you'll craft beverages to brand standards, manage bar mise en place, and deliver prompt, friendly service to servers and guests. Responsibilities include preparing classic and signature cocktails, restocking and inventorying bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and handling POS transactions. You'll collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure seamless service, uphold Marriott's quality and integrity, and contribute to a warm, inclusive atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand and recipe standards Support servers by promptly fulfilling drink orders for the dining room and lounge Set up, stock, and break down the service bar each shift Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff for seamless service Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and concerns with professionalism Uphold Marriott's service, appearance, and integrity standards on every shift Required Skills Cocktail preparation and mixology Beer, wine, and spirits knowledge Point-of-sale (POS) systems Cash handling and reconciliation Bar inventory management Glassware and bar equipment handling Food safety and sanitation Speed bartending and drink batching Guest service and hospitality Basic math and measuring skills
