Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide expert recommendations on beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail options to enhance their experience Prepare and serve beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times Develop and suggest beverage recipes, including craft cocktails and beer pairings that align with customer preferences Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and tracking product usage to minimize waste Engage with customers to build rapport, promote sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service Support bar management in maintaining compliance with health regulations, alcohol service laws, and safety protocols Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartender, beertender, or server is highly preferred Strong knowledge of craft beers, spirits, wine varieties, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations are essential Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures is required for maintaining cleanliness and compliance Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
