Position Summary:

The Bartender/Server plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience through refined dining service combined with seamless event execution. This dual-position blends the responsibilities of a professional bartender and dining room server. The ideal candidate brings polished service skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Member Services:

Provide prompt, polished, and attentive service to members and guests Create and maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming dining atmosphere

Dining Service & Operations:

Execute elevated dining techniques, including multi-course service, wine service, and proper table settings Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders while coordinating effectively with kitchen and bar teams. Deliver meals and beverages with consistency, professionalism, and attention to presentation. Monitors tables proactively—refill beverages, clear items, maintain cleanliness, and anticipate guest needs.

Bartender:

Assist with all private events, banquets, club functions, and specialty dining experiences Pour cocktails and drinks, engage in a friendly manner with Club members Ensure food and beverage stations are set according to event specifications and club standards Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, event adjustments, or service challenges. Teamwork & Communication Communicate clearly and consistently with managers, servers, bartenders, and event staff Relay member concerns, special requests, and operational issues promptly Support teammates during peak periods to ensure exceptional service. Cleanliness & Side Work Maintain spotless dining rooms, patios, and service stations throughout the shift Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including restocking, polishing, and resetting tables Follow all sanitation, safety, and club policies and maintain compliance with health standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience in fine dining service, banquets, or private clubs preferred 2 years of food, wine, and alcoholic beverage service strongly preferred Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a commitment to hospitality Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skill, and the ability to stay calm under pressure Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-30 lb

Hours and Benefits:

Part -time position. Hourly plus gratuity. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
