Overview:

We are currently hiring for both our Poway and Carlsbad locations. Interviews will be conducted at our Poway location if you receive a call back. We are seeking skilled and experienced servers and bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The ideal candidates should be outgoing and friendly

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a prompt and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Utilize a POS system to process orders and handle cash and credit payments
• Provide assistance to customers, including answering questions and making recommendations
• Work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks at once and meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of a minimum of two years in a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food handling and food safety procedures
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
