Strong understanding of beverage ingredients, spirits, craft beer, and cocktail creation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities during busy hours Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, food safety procedures, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Availability on Weekend nights.
