Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Process customer payments using the Aloha POS system
• Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
