Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and consistency. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for processing orders, payments, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering when necessary. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Proven experience in bartending, mixology, and beverage recipe development within fine dining or nightlife settings. Strong understanding of spirits, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and cocktail techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective time management in busy environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings.
