Your impact:

Thoughtful recommendations and accurate service help guests enjoy their visit while supporting smooth restaurant operations. Duties Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages using established recipes and responsible service practices. Welcome guests, answer questions, take orders, and use sales skills to recommend suitable drinks. Process orders through point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS or Micros POS where applicable; handle cash transactions and cashiering accurately. Maintain a clean bar, follow food safety and food handling practices, and restock supplies. Coordinate with serving and kitchen teams; support banquets, catering, or busy service periods as needed. Qualifications Bartending, customer service, and food service experience are valuable; restaurant, hospitality, or food industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beer, and brewing is helpful. Beverage recipe development and bar management experience are also assets. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, processing cash transactions, and basic math—including retail math—supports accurate service. Strong time management, communication, and hospitality skills; able to stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Food safety knowledge is important. Fine dining, nightclub, banquet, catering, or other serving experience is a plus.
