Wolf & Honey | Brighton, Colorado Seasonal Halloween Experience Wolf & Honey is looking for a self-starting, hospitality-loving Bartender & Server to help bring our Halloween Spookeasy to life. This isn't just a "make drinks and stand behind the bar" kind of job. Our Spookeasy is an immersive experience, and we're looking for someone who understands that the little details matter — from a perfectly garnished cocktail to a clean bar, a welcoming greeting, and making guests feel like they just stepped into another world. THE ROLE

As a Spookeasy Bartender & Server, you'll be responsible for creating an elevated, fun, spooky experience for every guest while keeping the operation running smoothly. You'll be expected to confidently move between bartending, serving, guest service, cleaning, stocking, and resetting the space depending on what the shift requires.

Your responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Wolf & Honey standards Execute cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to detail Pay close attention to cocktail garnishes, presentation, glassware, and spooky finishing touches Provide warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic hospitality Take food and drink orders and accurately communicate them to the appropriate team members Monitor guests and proactively anticipate their needs Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties Wash glassware, clean surfaces, take out trash, restock, and keep the space guest-ready Help maintain the Spookeasy's décor and overall presentation throughout the shift Assist with resetting tables and preparing the space for incoming guests Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor Follow all responsible alcohol service requirements and Wolf & Honey policies Work independently and take initiative without needing to be constantly directed Jump in wherever the team needs help — because at Wolf & Honey, "that's not my job" isn't part of our vocabulary Help create a fun, memorable, and slightly mischievous Halloween experience for our guests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous bartending and/or serving experience Colorado Responsible Alcohol Beverage Service Training certification Must be at least 21 years old Ability to safely lift and carry 30+ pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely walk up and down stairs throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and guest-service skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during the Halloween season

THIS JOB IS PHYSICAL

Hospitality is a hands-on job. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, move throughout the building, carry supplies, lift up to 30+ pounds, stock product, clean, bend, reach, and regularly walk up and down stairs.

Pay:

$15.16 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 per week
