Position Summary As a Lead Bartender/Shift Lead , you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. This position can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the right fit for both you and our team. Key Responsibilities Serve as a leader during shifts, ensuring seamless operations and a positive work environment. Provide outstanding customer service, including making drink recommendations and sharing knowledge about our craft beers. Assist in training and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of service. Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and cleanliness. Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with management to support business goals and team success. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in bartending or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn quickly. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
