Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored safely following food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations. Develop new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings that highlight Cajun/Creole flavors to enhance the menu. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience processing cash transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Previous experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and food industry standards is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining a lively yet professional demeanor. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, tips, and cash handling; experience with banquet or catering service is a plus. Pay:
