Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for an outgoing, reliable, and hospitality driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Bartender. This duel role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social atmosphere, enjoys multitasking, Keeping a clean environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience from check in to last call. Responsibilities Greet and check in/out guests in a friendly manner. Provide information about the local area, amenities, and activities.. Handel reservations, cancelations, and general inquires. Process payments and manage daily reports. Prepare and serve food and beverages in our cozy cafe/bar setting. Ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed. Skills Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Bartending experience is a plus but will train the right candidate. Must be 21+ and eligible to serve alcohol. Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment. Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks. High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. A positive attitude and team spirit.
