$15.16 per Hour plus tips and gratuity for special events```
Duties:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
  • Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Ability to upsell and promote drink specials to increase sales
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change accurately
  • Understanding of restaurant or retail math for inventory management and order tracking
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
