Who We're Looking For Looking for a bartender who brings energy, personality, and can create a great guest experience—not just pour drinks. About Us Lorenzo's Pizza & Martini Lounge is Cromwell's destination for great food, craft cocktails, and a fun atmosphere . We are building a strong front-of-house team and are looking for an experienced, energetic bartender who can deliver excellent service and keep the bar running smoothly. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, martinis, beer, and wine Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Handle cash, card transactions, and Clover POS system Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws Upsell drinks and promote specials Work with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service Maintain a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere Requirements 1-3+ years of bartending experience preferred

Knowledge of:

Classic cocktails and martinis Beer and wine service Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available evenings, weekends, and game nights

Compensation :
