The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub or fine dining setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and food safety. Your ability to work efficiently with a cash register and POS system, along with your knowledge of brewing techniques, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system, ensuring proper accounting for all sales. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties, including preparing drinks and stocking supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items served alongside beverages. Stay updated on new drink trends, techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, or similar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends as required by the business needs.
