Pay:

Starting at $16.94/hour for Servers, Utility and Kitchen and $18.00+/hour for Bartenders (based on experience), plus gratuity shared among the event team.

Whether you're serving an elegant plated dinner, crafting cocktails at a wedding, or helping execute a large-scale celebration, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. What You'll DoEvent Servers Set up and break down events, including tables, chairs, and service stations Provide professional, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service Clear tables, reset spaces, and assist with event cleanup Work alongside Event Captains and teammates to ensure every event runs smoothly Bartenders Set up and maintain an organized, clean, and professional bar Prepare and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks responsibly Deliver exceptional guest service while working efficiently in a busy environment Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean bar throughout the event Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to stay organized Reliable transportation Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds Willingness to attend required training sessions Availability to work evenings and weekends, especially Fridays through Sundays Restaurant, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Bartending experience is required for bartender applicants.
