Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service Monitor inventory levels of spirits, wines, beers, and mixers; assist with stock replenishment as needed Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and brewing processes Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that appeal to a wide range of tastes Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and transaction processing Knowledge of hospitality industry practices including serving protocols and bar management techniques Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres through exceptional drinks and memorable guest interactions!
