Duties Greet members warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats or tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail, including wine knowledge and drink service expertise Prepare and present drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests to ensure a pristine environment Monitor guest needs throughout events, providing prompt assistance with food handling, catering requests, or special dietary accommodations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment handling. Jonas experience preferred Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Skills Extensive experience in the food industry with a strong background in culinary arts or hospitality services Proven banquet experience with the ability to manage large groups efficiently while maintaining high service standards Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances the guest experience Knowledge of beverage service techniques, including wine knowledge and drink presentation skills Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing Strong understanding of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, measurements, and inventory management Experience in fine dining environments or catering settings is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in fast-paced settings Capable of multitasking in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and serving tasks Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights our guests!
