Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash and card transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately handling cash handling and retail math. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's menu offerings by applying creativity in mixology and beverage presentation. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or catering functions like banquets or nightclub events. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage development. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Food safety certification and understanding of food handling procedures are preferred. Previous experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is advantageous.
