Bartender The Parisian—Jupiter, Florida The Parisian restaurant is seeking extraordinary bartenders to join its team led by Paris native and Restaurateur Tarzi Cenador, who has been driving the success of the award-winning establishment for over 10 years, which was most recently named "Best French Restaurant 2026" by Jupiter Magazine. Bartenders are to be highly self-motivated members of our team, driving revenue through excellent service and creating lasting customer relationships through genuine hospitality. As a bartender, you will be crafting specialty cocktails, pouring wine, and providing dining service to our guests. You are directly responsible for the guest's experience; therefore, high-level beverage service must be paired with excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask with a sense of urgency is a must. Job functions include, but are not limited to, pouring wine, crafting cocktails, presenting menus with impeccable knowledge, preparing fresh juices and cocktail additions, polishing glass and silverware. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and ensuring it is stocked at all times with materials and glassware. Bartenders are expected to have the following attributes: Minimum 2-3 years of experience bartending in an upscale establishment with a refined level of service. Highly educated in the fields of wine, cocktails, spirits, & beer, as well as food and beverage pairings. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Proven track record in working as part of a high-performing team. Able to stand & work on their feet for long periods of time. Able to safely lift 25 lbs. repeatedly. Compensation & Benefits Bartenders will receive hourly pay of $12.00 plus gratuities. You will receive dining benefits and discounts on food.
