Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Serving food at the bar and surrounding tables. A positive attitude and willingness to work as a Team member. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products. Skills Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive guest experience. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus. Ability to handle food safely in accordance with health regulations. Proficiency in Toast POS is beneficial but not required.
