Operate POS system such as Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with beverage recipe development. Handle cash transactions responsibly while providing friendly and attentive customer service in a lively setting. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe creation. Familiarity with POS system such as Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience working in fine dining establishments or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer styles, and beverage safety standards. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and food handling procedures.
