Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light menu items in fine dining or nightclub settings Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong serving skills Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Experience in catering or food industry settings is highly desirable for versatile service delivery Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience is a must!
