November-December 2026 About Us Red Crawfish Seafood & Wings is bringing a lively, family-friendly Cajun seafood and sports-bar experience to Monroe. Our menu features seafood boils, raw oysters, wings, fried seafood, po'boys, signature cocktails, draft beer, wine and more. We are building our opening bar team and looking for experienced, energetic and dependable bartenders who can deliver excellent drinks while maintaining responsible alcohol service, accurate cash controls and a clean, organized bar. Selected candidates must be available for orientation and training before the restaurant opens. Position Summary Bartenders are responsible for preparing consistent, high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming experience for bar guests and supporting the dining room's service bar. The ideal candidate can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, hospitality, cleanliness or responsible alcohol service. Bartenders must follow RC3 recipes, portion standards, inventory controls and cash-handling procedures. Responsibilities Greet bar guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare cocktails according to RC3 recipes and portion standards Pour draft and bottled beer and serve wine accurately Prepare beverages for dining-room servers through the service bar Learn RC3's signature cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and food menu Make recommendations and answer guest questions Accurately enter orders into the POS system Check identification and verify that guests meet legal drinking-age requirements Monitor guests for signs of intoxication Refuse or discontinue alcohol service when required and notify the manager on duty Maintain control of assigned cash drawer and payment transactions Follow all cash, credit-card, void, comp and checkout procedures Never provide unauthorized complimentary drinks or overpour alcohol Record spills, mistakes, breakage and beverage waste Maintain accurate drink portions using approved measuring methods Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware and supplies Prepare garnishes and bar ingredients according to food-safety standards Maintain a clean and sanitary bar throughout the shift Wash and polish glassware as needed Monitor draft-beer quality and report equipment problems Complete assigned opening, running and closing duties Secure alcohol, cash and bar equipment at closing Assist with bar inventory and product counts Communicate unavailable products to servers and management Work cooperatively with servers, hosts, food runners, kitchen employees and managers Attend required meetings, responsible-service training and menu training Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume bar is strongly preferred Working knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, beer and wine Able to follow standardized recipes and portion controls Strong cash-handling and POS skills Friendly, outgoing and guest-focused Dependable and punctual Able to remain composed during high-volume service Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers Must meet all legal requirements for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages Must complete all alcohol-service training required by RC3 or applicable law Must be available for pre-opening orientation and training Evening, weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation, bartenders must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Lift and carry approximately 40 pounds Move beer cases, liquor bottles and bar supplies Reach, bend and work safely in a confined bar area Use bar tools and beverage equipment safely Work around broken glass, cleaning products and wet surfaces Communicate effectively in a busy and noisy restaurant environment What We Offer Opportunity to join the original RC3 Monroe opening team Tipped earning potential Employee dining discount Cocktail, menu and responsible-service training Opportunities for additional shifts and advancement Energetic, team-oriented work environment Scheduling Schedules are based on employee availability and restaurant needs.
