Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register management Develop new beverage recipes and assist in menu creation to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development Familiarity with fine dining standards, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, craft beer experience, and mixology techniques Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and food safety procedures Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience with a focus on food handling, serving, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional beverage service.
