Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Square, to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining spaces, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving meals, handling food safety procedures, and supporting catering or banquet events. Manage cash transactions accurately while processing payments and giving correct change using cash handling best practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery, manage beverage inventory, develop new beverage recipes, and promote sales initiatives. Qualifications Must be 21+ Must have Basset or is able to get Basset Certification prior to hiring Proven experience in bartending, food service, or hospitality industry roles; Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks with effective time management. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and food industry calculations; attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and energy.
