Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Busser to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure that tables are promptly cleared, reset efficiently, and that sanitation standards are consistently upheld. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the restaurant operation, supporting servers and kitchen staff while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables swiftly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times Assist with setting tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of utensils, glassware, and linens Remove used dishes, silverware, glassware, and trash from the dining area in a safe and efficient manner Support servers by delivering food and beverages when needed, enhancing the overall guest experience Maintain cleanliness of floors, chairs, and surrounding areas through regular sweeping and sanitation practices Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as trays or bulk supplies following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and address any immediate needs or issues Must be able to stand on your feet for 6+ hours Must be able to lift 50 pounds Experience Prior food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with restaurant sanitation standards and food safety protocols is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support a positive work atmosphere Experience in catering or kitchen environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our space remains inviting, clean, and ready for every guest!
