Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively ambiance where guests feel valued and eager to return. While we offer the opportunity to cross-train as both a bartender and server, we are happy to discuss a primary focus in either role based on your preference Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks using efficient techniques. Take food and drink orders accurately while providing friendly, attentive service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system. Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle busy environments confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and accurate order processing. Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous but not required.
