Job Description
Rosie's is looking for an experienced Bartender Manager/ Lead Bartender who understands that great hospitality is about much more than just making drinks. We are looking for a true craft cocktail professional and bar leader who can take ownership of our bar program, elevate our guest experience, and help us build a polished, efficient, and welcoming bar culture. Someone with experience in craft cocktails, wine service, inventory management, and leadership who takes pride in the details, a must! You'll be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee Daily operations
- Create and execute quality craft cocktails
- Have a strong understanding of wine, wine service, and food/wine pairings
- Manage liquor and wine inventory, including par levels, ordering and receiving, and organization
- Maintain accurate usage/waste, and bar P&L
- Take ownership of bar, continuously improve the bar program, cocktails, customer experiences, and team culture
Pay:
$22.00- $25.
