Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance registers at shift end Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service within a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as bar management or catering is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food industry knowledge Join us if you're passionate about creating vibrant social environments where every guest feels valued!
