Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Review food menu items with guests and submit tickets to the kitchen. Utilize POS system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Handle cash handling procedures accurately while balancing register at the end of each shift. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Experience working in food service or restaurant settings with an understanding of food safety practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; basic math proficiency is essential. Knowledge of food handling procedures, beverage recipe development, and alcohol service regulations. Nightclub or banquet service experience is advantageous; hospitality industry experience is highly valued.
