Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with restaurant staff during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in high-volume settings such as nightclubs or large parties. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proficiency with POS systems strong cash handling skills. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
