Experienced Bartender/Server — Tall Trellis Brewery Part-Time or Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Tips | Olathe, KS Tall Trellis Brew Co. is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! We're looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, provides great customer service, and has a solid understanding and appreciation of craft beer . Our ideal candidate can step into a busy taproom environment, connect with our guests, and help them find a beer or drink they'll love.

What We're Looking For:

Multiple years of bartending experience Strong knowledge of craft beer and different beer styles Comfortable making cocktails and serving beer, wine and spirits Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions Able to maintain a clean, organized bar throughout the shift Willing to learn our beers and confidently talk with guests about what's currently on tap Availability for evenings and weekends

What You'll Do:

Our bartenders are more than order takers. You'll welcome guests, make recommendations, pour and serve drinks, keep the bar running smoothly, and help create the friendly, community-focused atmosphere Tall Trellis is known for.
