Experience required, extensive wine knowledge highly recommended. Must know all of your standard cocktails and be ambitious enough to create craft cocktails. Must be flexible, with experience working the service well during peak business and servicing tables within the bar, as well as bar top guests. Outgoing, personable, and professional...you must be able to make connections with guests and really love providing top notch service at a top notch destination.
