Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately and handle cashing out at the end of shifts. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible service policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Assist in bar management duties such as inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies. Uphold excellent customer service standards by serving guests promptly, attentively, and professionally in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer options. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable. Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that appeal to diverse tastes. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations. Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
