Job Description
The Frankfort Country Club is looking for someone with a passion for food and beverage experience interested in joining our team. Whether you offer years of experience or have an interest in learning a new skill, come join our team at this unique historic club. We are looking for individuals who can deliver high-end service and create an exceptional dining experience for our members. Our servers/bartenders must be knowledgeable and/or have the willingness to learn and conform to our standard operating procedures. Including;
- Welcome guests
- Learn the menu, including ingredients and prices
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with beer, wine and liquor
- Learn the establishment pours and specialty cocktails, making consistent cocktails
- Explain daily dinner specials to guests
- Take orders for food with accuracy
- Anticipates guest needs
- Perform assigned side work relating to the position
- Assist fellow team members as necessary
- Maintain clean and neat server stations, stock, bus tables, seat guests, hosting, take to-go orders, and assist with maintaining FOH cleanliness
- Accurately reports tip income daily
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Day, evening and weekend shifts are required. Flexibility is a must.
