Do you thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment? Join the Andover Country Club events team as a Banquet Bartender and be part of unforgettable moments—from elegant weddings to corporate galas and private celebrations.

What You'll Do:

Craft and serve beverages with professionalism and efficiency during banquet events Set up and break down bar stations according to event requirements Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with state and club guidelines Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive, and service-focused manner Collaborate with banquet staff to create seamless event experiences

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of bartending experience (banquet or high-volume setting preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and stand for extended periods Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Previous experience with catering events preferred. Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, communicate effectively, listen attentively, work cooperatively with others, ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass drug test.
