Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant banquet setting, or casual restaurant environment, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospitality experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate orders from guests and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food items efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience while promoting sales. Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by setting up stations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in the food industry with an understanding of hospitality principles; background in brewing or nightlife venues is a plus. Basic math skills for cashiering, sales tracking, and retail math calculations; proficiency in serving alcohol responsibly is required.
