• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving drinks, and managing cash transactions. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere, we encourage you to apply.

• Duties:

• Greet customers and serve them in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of our menu and drinks, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Help to maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing and polishing glassware and utensils.
• Assist with catering and special events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with food service and food handling procedures.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a standing position for long periods.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
