The Bartender supports daily beverage service by preparing and serving drinks, assisting guests at the bar, and maintaining clean, organized workstations. This position helps ensure that bar and dining areas are properly stocked and that members and guests receive warm, friendly, and efficient service. The role contributes to the overall flow of the dining experience in a historic downtown movie theater.

Work is performed indoors in an air-conditioned environment, variable schedule based on business demands.
Duties:
Greets members and guests at the bar and provides friendly, attentive service. Takes food and beverage orders and enters them accurately into the POS system. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guidelines. Delivers meals, beverages, and service items in a timely and professional manner. Sets, clears, and resets the bar dining area according to standards. Restocks bar areas with beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed. Maintains clean, organized bar stations by wiping surfaces, washing tools, and organizing supplies. Assists with routine opening and closing duties assigned by supervisors. Responds to basic member and guest inquiries, escalating concerns as needed. Helps ensure accurate posting of items into the POS system. Monitors bar conditions and reports any issues to supervisors. Follows all safety standards and alcohol service policies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
