We are looking for a Food Runner / Busser / Barback to join our restaurant team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that supports both the dining room and bar to keep service running smoothly and efficiently. Pay is $10 / hour + tip out from the servers. Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning surfaces, bar tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Buss tables and assist with food and beverage delivery to guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, including basic garnishing or setup for events like banquets or catering functions Uphold venue beverage service standards by adhering to food service bar safety compliance protocols and responsible alcohol service policies Run food from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly, accurately, and efficiently Requirements Previous experience in food service, bar, or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of venue beverage service, food handling, and food industry safety standards Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required certifications prior to employment

Pay:

$10.00 - $25.00 per hour
