Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar booking systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met through proper handling and cleaning procedures Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Previous host/hostess experience or serving background is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required.
