Catering Event Bartenders Baker's Best Catering | Greater Boston Area We're looking for Catering Event Bartenders who bring energy, care, and strong service skills to events of all kinds. You'll prepare and serve beverages, create a welcoming bar experience, and help keep service running smoothly. • Set up polished, organized bar stations at event sites
• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails professionally and responsibly
• Create a welcoming guest experience through friendly, attentive service
• Keep the bar and surrounding workspace clean and organized
• Monitor and manage alcohol inventory before and after events
• Work closely with the event team to keep service running smoothly
• Break down bar stations at the end of events What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of hospitality or bartending experience preferred, ideally in catering or events
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required
