Whether you're mixing up innovative drinks or supporting our bartenders behind the scenes, your enthusiasm and dedication will help elevate our venue to new heights. All positions are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and organized throughout the shift. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS Maintain a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service, engaging with guests professionally and promptly addressing their needs. Support food service operations by assisting with food handling, serving food orders when necessary, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Keep track of inventory levels for beverages and supplies; communicate stock needs to management proactively. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to alcohol service, food handling, and sanitation practices within the hospitality industry. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in bartending or bar backing roles within fine dining or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with beverage recipe development is a plus. Demonstrated skills in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer expertise, and spirits experience. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and retail math related to beverage sales. Experience in restaurant or banquet settings is advantageous; catering experience is a bonus.
