Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored according to food safety standards Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and innovative Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery Handle cash handling responsibilities diligently while balancing registers at shift end Uphold high standards of food safety, responsible alcohol service, and customer satisfaction at all times Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Proven cocktail crafting skills with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development Strong understanding of wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer varieties, and brewing processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fine dining or nightclub settings Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality Background in hospitality industry roles such as restaurant experience, bar management, or catering is highly valued Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or large parties Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your skill for mixology!
